MediaMiner, operated by Francesco Cifardi, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original charge.

Free trial

Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and no payment is taken. If you are charged after the trial, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of that charge.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Email us at support@mediaminer.io with your order ID or the email you used at checkout, and we will process the refund through Paddle.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Funds typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; refund eligibility for the current period is governed by this policy.
